Enroll in program.

During registration, you'll enroll in the SRP EV Smart Charge™ program. SRP will review your eligibility and follow up by email within 4 weeks to confirm your acceptance into the program. ‍

How does the SRP EV Smart Charge™ program work?

Once your EV is connected in the registration process and your enrollment is approved, there will be a “warming period” for approximately 1-2 months where SRP begins to detect your home charging patterns to prepare for optimal scheduling.

After the warming period, your charging will be optimally scheduled each time you plug in at home.

evPulse identifies the lowest-cost periods you can charge in order to meet your upcoming driving needs (while considering overall grid conditions) and automatically schedules your EV to charge during those periods.

You'll receive notifications about your upcoming schedule through your preferred method (web and/or SMS texts) and can skip your proposed charge schedule if needed.

Disclaimer: Participation is limited for this pilot program, as it intends to inform future managed charging programs. SRP may apply additional eligibility criteria to ensure the program studies a diverse mix of vehicle charger manufacturers, models and customer rate plans. SRP reserves the right to accept or deny program applications as needed to achieve the desired mix of participants.
